Training

WBSI provides professional training, instruction and curriculum development expertise for our government and military clients.  We follow the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE) Models.  Our trainers meet or exceed all of our client’s certification requirements ensuring the highest level of instructional excellence.

Our services include:

• Provide Training and Classroom Instruction
• Develop Curriculum – IAW the SAT / ADDIE process
• Provide Guidance in Developing Plans, Policy, and Oversight of C2 Training
• Maintain Programs Of Instruction (POIs) through MLF Reviews, CCRBs, MCTIMS updates
• Participate in Course Content Review Boards
• Develop C2 Training Concepts and Plans for the Customer’s Training Staff
• Perform Research and Analysis on Emerging Training Technologies
• Represent Customer at DoD, Joint, and Inter-Service Training Meetings
• Perform Efficiency Analysis of Current Training Configurations
• Develop Technical Libraries, Databases, and Websites
• Produce Training Manuals and Documentation
