Curriculum Administrator/Developer

Reports to the Academics Officer (Curriculum Section Head) at the C2TECOE. As directed, these contractors will assist the Course Managers with the five phases of the Systems Approach to Training process (analysis, design, develop, implement and evaluate) for each C2TECOE/MISTC POI.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Execute all Phases of the SAT-E Process
  • Conduct / Facilitate Learning Analysis
  • Conduct / Facilitate CCRBs
  • Conduct Inspections, Collect Data and Analyze C2TECOE and MISTC Academic Inspection and Observation Data
  • Draft Written Reports Discussing Inspection Trends
  • Conduct Curriculum Assist Visits to MISTCs
  • Maintain C2TECOE POI information in MCTIMs (PIOs, CDDs)
  • Advise and Assist Course Managers
  • Analyze Master Lesson Files and Reviews
  • Analyze Data Collection Efforts (IRFs, ERFs, AIRs, ECCs)
  • Plan, Develop, and Conduct Post-Graduate Surveys
  • Develop Letters of Instruction, Record of Proceedings, Draft Agendas, Event Schedules.
  • Review and Recommend Changes to T&R Events
  • Conduct research as directed by Curriculum Section Head
  • Attend all Curriculum Section Head meetings
  • Maintain student training data for C2TECOE and each MISTC in MCTIMS
  • Participate in and Generate Meeting Minutes for Training Meetings, Working Groups, Briefings or Debriefings
  • Advise MISTC staffs on the conduct of curriculum events
  • Be proficient with Navy Correspondence Manual (SECNAV M-5216.5)

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Windows and MS Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Organizational, Planning, and Prioritization Skills in Support of Rapidly Changing Scheduling and Staffing
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • MCTIMS Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or High School Degree and six years equivalent experience
  • Curriculum Developer Course (CDC) graduate or civilian equivalent

Years of Relative Work Experience

  • 3 years related work experience

Security Clearance

  •  Secret
